National Congress & Expo
National gathering for the manufactured & modular housing industries. The event is kicked off with an annual PAC fundraiser golf tournament. The Congress & Expo includes two general sessions and a multitude of educational workshops on industry and general business issues, the annual National Industry Awards Luncheon, a two day trade show, and two networking receptions. The Expo features over 100 exhibitors where attendees can get a first look at new products and services in the manufactured & modular housing industries. All facets of both industries are represented at the Expo including manufacturers, suppliers, developers, retailers, lending institutions, communities, and state associations. The Congress & Expo is usually held in Las Vegas, Nevada the week following Easter. The event begins on a Tuesday, and ends on Thursday.

Developing with Manufactured and Modular Homes Seminar  
Annual program designed to explore the advantages of using today's manufactured and modular homes in residential development. Many experienced professionals are on hand to help you understand how to profit from using manufactured & modular homes - and how to avoid pitfalls that can steal profits from an otherwise successful venture. The faculty consists of top professionals from the manufacturing, finance, development, engineering, project and product design, and land use sectors of the industry. The Seminar is held in Las Vegas in conjunction with the National Congress & Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing. 

MHI Summer Meeting and Legislative Day
Annual gathering of MHI members. Meetings are held by divisions, committees, task forces and the MHI Board of Directors. Usually, the second day of the meeting is dedicated to special visits with Members of Congress and concludes with a reception on Capitol Hill for the Congressional Manufactured Housing Caucus. General sessions and networking events are also held. Event is held in or close to Washington, D.C., generally in early to mid June.

MHI Annual Meeting 
Annual gathering of MHI members. Event begins on Sunday morning with a PAC fundraiser golf tournament. Meetings are held by divisions, committees, task forces and the MHI Board of Directors. The event concludes on Tuesday evening with an annual awards dinner. General sessions and networking events are also held. Event is held in different locations around the country, generally in late September to mid October.

Trade Shows
Manufactured housing related trade shows are held throughout the country. MHI produces the National Congress & Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing trade show. Information on all other trade shows is available by calling the number listed for each specific show. 

State Association Meetings
MHI’s membership includes a federation of state associations. State association meetings are held throughout the year. Information about specific meetings is available by calling the state association directly.

Education
The Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (MHEI) is the educational arm of MHI. MHEI offers professional programs and resources for the manufactured housing industry. Most courses are offered through state associations.
