About the National Communities Council

The NCC was formed in 1996 to provide owners and managers of manufactured home communities a forum for establishing policies and programs to enhance manufactured home communities nationwide. This is accomplished through education, professional management practices, market-based initiatives and sound regulatory and legislative reform.
